Q: do you haveto change the cartridge? and if so how many times can it be used?

A: The cartridges last for 10,000 litres, which is approximately two-three months for 2 people...Because you can see through the filter you can see the 100% natural Vitamin C being used up, and know when to replace... The filter is very simple to replace...We sell in packs of 5

A: The cartridges last for 10,000 litres, which is approximately two-three months for 2 people, You will see the vitamin C through the filter slowing dissappearing over the 2-3 months, and therefore know when to replace... There is no pressure loss with our Vitamin C Filters as there is with other forms of shower filters e.g. KDF, Charcoat etc

A: No, it can be mounted any which way, horizontal or vertical...If it doesnt tighten at the right spot, just put a little more plumbers tape we supplied .. Contact us if you have any other questions

A: Standard 15mm or 1/2" which is the normal for all showers
