I decided to try this after reading other reviews. My wife suffers from dry and irritated skin mostly on her legs. I was reluctant to spend $179 on a shower head thinking I don't even detect chlorine in our small town drinking water. However my wife would be rubbing hand creams on her legs most every night to help stop drying and itching. After about a week to 10 days NO more itching.
