What is Osteopathy?

Osteopaths diagnose and treat problems with muscles, ligaments, nerves and joints to help the body heal.

Treatment involves gentle, manual techniques – easing pain, reducing swelling and improving mobility. Osteopaths also offer you personal advice on stretching and strengthening exercises, posture, workergonomics and stress management.

Osteopathy is based on unique biomechanical principles and is now widely recognised throughout the world as one of the most scientifically validated and effective complementary therapies.
